Do You Like Perandus League In Path Of Exile

Le 22 mars 2018, 05:22 dans Humeurs 0

In Path of Exile, I think that perandus league was the most fun league! As a casual player I actually got to gear my characters(s) to a level I really enjoyed. There was always something happening from Mud Flats onwards with at least 1, and sometimes multiple perandus chests, then Cadibro popped up in a zone and god it was good to see him.

Why is the focus on economy so important that we've lost the best aspects of the game, loot, for a more "stable" economy that most casual players see no benefit from. Making it less fun with less loot while the top players get all the loot they need or want. Just like they do every single league because of how much they play.

The fat man was the best part of Perandus by far. I liked Perandus, but I hated how laggy the mobs were. It really killed the fun of the league for me. The same computer could load way more mobs popping out of a lockbox, but a Perandus pack always slowed my comp to a crawl.

Some players think that Harbinger League was god awful at the start. The Harbinger spawn rate was extremely slow and they dropped pittence. Had to wait until the League was pretty much over until the Harbingers became worthwhile. Harbingers at the end, sure they were kind of fun, but it shouldn't have to take the majority of a league to fix them until they reach that state.

Some players like playing maps that aren't totally barren of mobs. If bestiary was multiplied by like 5 and those extra beasts were entirely new packs on the map, they would like it. They think the core idea was good (I also actually like the Pokemon series), I like at least some of the recipes (there are too many totally useless ones though), but everything is too empty and the interaction rate with the league mechanic is so sparse.

They made it sound like thaumaturgical nets would actually be relevant, but instead a strong steel net guarantees any capture as long as you have DPS, and you are literally drowning in nets, which just replace other loot. In prophecy league, at least coins had a use when you were drowning in them: seal prophecies you don't want to bother with. Now these nets just, take up space.

What's your opinion? Do you like perandus league?

What Are Shaper's Orbs In Path Of Exile

Le 16 mars 2018, 07:31 dans Humeurs 0

In Path of Exile, with over 150 maps to choose, there is a lot of ways to approach late game in terms of shaping your atlas. With fairly decent amount of new maps added to the game in 3.2, we decided to take a look at which maps to use Shaper's Orb on.

The Shaper's Orb is a non-tradeable item that is used to upgrade map tier by 5 when used on the map in the Atlas. You get Shaper's Orbs as a reward from Zana after giving her the Memory Fragments that drop in Elder influenced maps with blue circle around them. Tier 6 is the lowest tier you can get fragments from.

Players acquire Shaper's Orbs by collecting Memory Fragments and giving them to Zana. Memory Fragments are found by killing the bosses of Elder-influenced maps circled in blue on the Atlas. To acquire multiple Shaper's Orbs of tier 8-10, the maps not only need to be Elder-influenced, but occupied by an Elder Guardian or the Elder himself.

And now - about the maps. Below you can see a table with 3 map choices for each tier and reason behind map choice.

Linear layout - you do not have to backtrack when clearing the map.

Divination cards - the monsters in map drop valuable Divination card/s.

Good layout - layout is not perfectly linear but it is wide open, so it's good for breaches.

Density - monster density in map is great so there's more stuff to kill.

X Bosses - there are multiple bosses in map so getting double boss on corrupted map could potentially give you some Sacrifice fragments and more items.

Now, if you are new to the game and want to find some good guide, you can follow some build guide from our website.

Path Of Exile: Effective Scam Prevention Guide

Le 12 mars 2018, 02:43 dans Humeurs 0

In Path of Exile, there are different types of scams in Path of Exile. The most common are trade window scams, perandus coin scams, crafting scams and buy/sell run/boss/challenge scams. If collectors of poe currency know these types of scams, they will also be better able to avoid being scammed.

1. Trade window scams:

This scam is very simple to avoid yet very easy to fall for. Most trade window scams are regarding expensive item trades where the scammer knows that people often hover the item very quickly. So to scam you, the scammer places an item that looks very much like the item you want to buy, but it's not the same item. So to prevent it we need to slow down. When you do an expensive item trade, check it three times every single time.

2. Perandus coin scam:

This scam is much more elaborate than the trade window scam and is much harder to prevent, but there are still ways to make this scam completely ineffective:

The first way is to open your hideout menu while in your hideout before purchasing the coins, then you can select an option to disallow party members from visiting your hideout.

The second way to prevent this is to add the coin seller to your friends list instead of party. Then you visit their hideout and trade them through your friends list and never invite them to a party.

The third way is to block your map device with decorations in your hideout to make it so nobody can enter the portals.

3. Crafting scams:

Sometimes we want to craft stats on items but our own masters levels are too low to craft hem. So we need help from someone else. This means that you need to entrust your item to what is a complete stranger and let them craft on it. The scammer claims that they will craft on your item but instead they just take the item from you and don't give it back. You can find trusted sellers with many people vouching for the seller.

4. Boss/challenge/run scam:

This is a scam where the scammers claims to sell a boss run, a challenge or a run of a certain map or achievement for a price. After you pay them they leave or go afk. You never get what you paid for. There is no real solution to this trust scenario, other than trying to sell cheap runs at first and build a base of people who trust you to vouch for you. If someone doesn't pay during your cheap runs then you only lose 2-5 chaos as opposed to if you did expensive runs.

5. Changed price whisper scam:

This is a common scam as well. The scammer will find any of your listed items on and copy the message gives them when they want to buy it. When they send this message they change your price within it. They then hope you will not notice what you actually set the price of the item as and just trade them for the price they made up. To prevent this scam, when you take your poe items out of stash to trade. Always check the price on them by hovering your mouse over them. On the bottom of the item it will say how much you have listed it for, the real price.

Hopefully the above guide will be helpful to you. In short, pay more attention and be more careful.
